Meet the Presenters
Adam Olson is Vice President of Growth Management at SureCo. He oversees the SureCo Enrollment Platform, and drives go-to-market functions and long-term strategy for all SureCo products. He is a hands-on leader with no qualms about rolling up his sleeves and doing the work alongside his teams. Before SureCo, Olson served as the Director of Marketing for UFC Gym.
Merrell Botello is a Benefits Consultant at Burnham Benefits. A dynamic and resourceful employee benefits consultant, she advocates for clients, employees, peers and colleagues by looking through various lenses to form new approaches and improvements to healthcare. Botello has been in the insurance field since 2009, and has been at Burnham Benefits, an award-winning, woman-led firm, since 2017.
Kayla Hediger, SHRM-CP is the People Operations Manager at SureCo. She is a dedicated and results-driven human resources professional. Throughout her 10 years of experience, she has developed a deep understanding of the strategic and operational aspects of HR management and demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering a positive work culture while optimizing employee engagement. Hediger's expertise spans a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR policy development.
Jason Pappas is a Regional Sales Director at SureCo, He has over a decade of insurance innovation experience. Pappas launched the first broker-based distribution channel at Lemonade during the path to becoming a public company. He later launched one of the first ICHRA products in the country and has spent the past two years helping Benefits Consultants, CEOs, CFOs, and HR teams understand and implement ICHRA plans.
Recertification Credit
SHRM Certification has approved this webcast for 1 PDC toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP recertification. A program code will be provided at the end of the webcast. The program also meets recertification credit standards set by the HR Certification Institute and other HR certifying bodies, but candidates must manually enter their activity into their records.
