The SureCo Big Shot Bracket Challenge is open exclusively to employee benefits brokers, consultants, and client service team members of employee benefits firms who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Be actively employed as an employee benefits broker, consultant, advisor, or client service manager employed by a benefits brokerage or benefits consulting firm.
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Be at least 18 years of age

• Employees of SureCo, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members

• Individuals residing outside the United States
• Individuals not actively engaged in the employee benefits brokerage industry

SureCo reserves the right to verify eligibility and request proof of employment in the employee benefits industry.

Eligible participants must:

1. Register via the official campaign landing page at www.sureco.com/march-madness
2. Check the box stating: "I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions"
3. Submit a completed tournament bracket by March 19, 2026, 11:59 PM EST, prior to the first official tournament game
4. Attend one (1) live webinar hosted by Robert Horry or watch at least one webinar recording during the campaign period

• Webinar 3: Monday March 30, 11AM PT

Limit one (1) entry per person. Late, incomplete, or duplicate entries will not be accepted.

Brackets will be scored using standard tournament scoring rules. The participant with the highest total score at the conclusion of the tournament will be declared the winner.

In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by the tie-breaker question: closest guess to the final championship game total score.

• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash
• SureCo reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary
• Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded

Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the tournament but no later than April 14, 2026.

Winners must:

• Respond to the notification email within five (5) business days to claim their prize
• Provide any requested information for prize fulfillment (e.g., mailing address, phone number)
• Sign and return any required affidavits of eligibility, liability releases, or tax forms
• Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes

Failure to respond within the specified timeframe or to provide required information may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

By participating in the Promotion, entrants grant SureCo and its affiliates permission to use their name, likeness, city/state of residence, and affiliation for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media (including but not limited to social media, email, website, and print) without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• Not affiliated with the NCAA or NBA. This Promotion is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or affiliated with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the National Basketball Association (NBA), the Los Angeles Lakers, or any collegiate athletic organization.
• Webinar Attendance. Participants must attend all five (5) live webinars to remain eligible for prizes. Recordings of webinars will be made available, but attendance at live sessions is required for eligibility verification.
• Void where prohibited by law.

SureCo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or force majeure events) compromise the integrity, fairness, or proper administration of the Promotion.

In the event of cancellation, SureCo will make reasonable efforts to notify participants and, if feasible, award prizes based on standings at the time of cancellation.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless SureCo, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or related to the Promotion, including but not limited to:

• Injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation or prize acceptance
• Technical malfunctions, errors, or failures
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of entry information

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and in accordance with SureCo's Privacy Policy. Participants' information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
