Are you using API for HRIS integrations, or do they come directly from SureCo’s API?

We've partnered with a third party that's been doing deep HRIS integrations for decades. They are premier partners with key HRIS vendors and have deep API partnerships that tie directly into these HRIS systems. We work closely with them to ensure the integration flows directly into our API. 

Are all of your HRIS integrations real-time, or do employers need to initiate any of the information sync?

We have two processes. For most of our customers, we have a scheduled weekly sync hitting the API for updates. We also have an easy button in the administration dashboard that you can use to pull updates anytime. Payroll deductions are sent back to your HRIS when needed, such as during special enrollment periods or qualifying events. 

When it comes to support, what do you consider a high utilizer?

A high utilizer is someone who takes several medications, sees multiple doctors, or has a chronic condition. They typically want to ensure their medications are covered, understand the coverage tiers, and confirm their doctors are in-network. 

Are there any other reports provided, such as member changes, terminations from the ICHRA employer group, etc.?

Reports are available out of the box in the platform, including census reports, benefit election reports, and wave reports. If you need something specific, we can coordinate during implementation or later.
