BY ENTERING (OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING) IN THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH CREATE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, SUCH CONTRACT INCLUDES GRANTS OF RIGHTS AND INDEMNITIES TO SPONSOR FROM YOU, A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

OVERVIEW: The SureCo Broker Sales Contest (the “Contest”) is a skill-based sales contest that encourages eligible invited licensed insurance brokers and consultants to submit qualifying census data, advance opportunities to quote requests, and close signed clients with Sponsor. Winners will be determined based on the total points earned during the Contest Period in accordance with the scoring system set forth below.

SPONSOR: Surecompanies, Inc. (“SureCo”), SureCo, 270 Bristol St, Ste101 PMB #185, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. (the “Sponsor”).

CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins on July 24, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 30, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Sponsor’s computer systems shall be the official timekeeping device for all purposes related to the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to invited licensed insurance brokers and consultants who are actively engaged in the employee benefits and ICHRA brokerage industry in the District of Columbia and the following Mid-Atlantic states: Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Participants must be United States residents and eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of SureCo, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, or grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and household members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

PLEASE NOTE: Each participant represents that he or she has obtained any and all approvals, authorizations, or consents required by his or her employer, broker-dealer, or affiliated company to participate in this Contest and to accept any prize awarded hereunder. Sponsor shall not be responsible for verifying whether a participant has received such authorization, and any participant who enters the Contest without the required authorization does so at his or her own risk. Failure to obtain or maintain the required authorization may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, result in disqualification from the Contest and forfeiture of any prize.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest.

HOW TO ENTER & PARTICIPATE: To participate in the Contest, eligible brokers must submit a qualifying census during the Contest Period. A “qualifying census” is a census submission that: (a) represents an employer with one hundred (100) or more eligible employees; (b) is submitted during the Contest Period; (c) meets SureCo’s qualification requirements as determined in its sole discretion; and (d) is verified by SureCo before points are awarded. No additional entry steps are required beyond the submission of qualifying census data through SureCo’s standard broker submission process.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE VALUES: There will be three (3) winners selected in total. The scoring system that will be used for selecting the winners is provided below in the “SCORING SYSTEM & SELECTION OF THE WINNERS” section below. The winners will receive the following prizes:

-Grand Prize (1 winner – Highest Total Points): $2,500 Travel Credit (ARV: $2,500).
-Second Prize (1 winner – Second Highest Total Points): Winner’s choice of $1,200 Golf Prize Package or $1,200 Spa/Wellness Gift Card (ARV: $1,200).
-Third Prize (1 winner – Third Highest Total Points): $500 Gift Card, winner’s choice of retailer (ARV: $500).

Additional Prize Details. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. For prizes of $2,000 or more in value to an individual winner in a calendar year, the winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of the prize inclusive of sales or other transaction taxes. If requested by Sponsor, affidavit of eligibility (including SSN), prize acceptance form, tax information, publicity release, and/or mutually acceptable liability releases may be required, where not prohibited. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law. Gift cards subject to standard terms and conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. All costs and expenses not specified herein related to any prize, including but not limited to delivery, travel, transportation costs, or other expenses incurred by accepting the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

SCORING SYSTEM & SELECTION OF THE WINNERS: Judging and scoring will be conducted by designated Sponsor representatives. Points will be awarded to eligible participants as follows:

Each milestone may only be credited once for the same qualifying opportunity. A “quote request” is deemed received when SureCo determines, in its sole discretion, that sufficient information has been submitted to prepare pricing. A “Signed SureCo Client” means an employer client that has entered into a fully executed Statement of Work (“SOW”) with SureCo during the Contest Period. SureCo has sole discretion to determine whether a client qualifies as a Signed SureCo Client. Please note that signed clients must be based on quotes submitted during the Contest Period.

The participant who earns the highest total points during the Contest Period will receive the Grand Prize; the participant with the second highest total points will receive the Second Prize; and the participant with the third highest total points will receive the Third Prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants and entrants’ ability to compete against other entrants based on the stated scoring criteria. SureCo may request additional documentation to verify census submissions, quote activity, closed business, and broker eligibility. Failure to provide requested information within the time specified by SureCo may result in disqualification.

Sponsor reserves, in its sole discretion, the right to disqualify from this Contest any person who engages in unfair, unethical, or improper conduct in violation of these Rules or, even if not specifically prohibited by these Rules, in violation of the spirit of fair play required for this Contest.

Tiebreaker. In the unlikely event of a tie, the participant with the greatest number of Signed SureCo Clients during the Contest Period shall be ranked higher. If a tie remains after application of this initial tiebreaker, the tied participant who submitted his/her first quote request to SureCo on the earlier date will be ranked higher. All judge’s decisions are final and binding.

Winner Notification. Winners will be verified and notified on or about October 5, 2026, by phone, email, or regular mail, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Potential winners will be required to respond within ten (10) days of Sponsor’s notification, or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be chosen. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Where not prohibited by law, affidavit of eligibility, prize acceptance form, tax information, publicity release, and/or mutually acceptable liability releases may also be required and, if requested by Sponsor, must be returned within the reasonable specified time or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen. Upon confirmation, Sponsor will provide winner with instructions on prize fulfillment.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent that his or her name, company name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical data may be used by Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent.

RELEASE: By entering or otherwise participating in this Contest, entrant agrees to accept and abide by the Official Rules of this Contest and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Contest, rule interpretation, or award of prizes shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final. By entering or participating, you release Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, and representatives from any and against any and all injury, loss, or damage, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Entrant hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors, and assignees against any and all third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to any breach by the entrant of any provision of these Official Rules, including, without limitation, entrant’s representations and warranties. Prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

ADDITIONAL RULES: Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of prizes, including erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize, and under no circumstances will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Contest, or to amend the Official Rules at any time, without prior individual notice, should any factor interfere with the administration, security, or proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Official Rules. If for any reason Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Contest, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Contest is severely undermined by any event, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or any order of any court or jurisdiction, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Contest without further obligation. If Sponsor in its discretion elects to abbreviate the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award prizes from among all eligible entries received to date.

This Contest is intended for participation in the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated only according to United States law. Do not enter this Contest if you are not located in the United States and/or you are not an eligible invited licensed insurance broker or consultant. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete census submissions or other entries, regardless of cause, including by reason of any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions, or network connections, whether human, technical, or otherwise in nature. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY COMPUTERIZED SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest should viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or proper operation of this Contest.

DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Texas; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, including without limitation, lost profits, may be awarded (collectively, “Special Damages”); and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. Texas law, without reference to choice of law rules, governs the Contest and all aspects related thereto.

PRIVACY: As a condition of entering the Contest, each entrant agrees that his or her personally identifiable information submitted as part of this Contest will be used to administer the Contest, select prize winners, and fulfill prizes, in accordance with SureCo’s applicable privacy practices. Such information may be shared with Sponsor’s agents and affiliates as necessary to administer the Contest, confirm winner’s identity or eligibility, and fulfill the prizes.
