SureCo 70-Day Giveaway Official Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period

The SureCo 70-Day Giveaway ("Promotion") begins on July 22, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on September 30, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Only qualifying activities completed during the Promotion Period will be eligible to earn points.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to invited licensed insurance brokers participating in SureCo's Mid-Atlantic Broker Giveaway Campaign.

Employees of SureCo and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Additional eligibility requirements may apply.

How to Participate

Eligible participants may earn points by submitting qualifying opportunities to SureCo during the Promotion Period.

Points are awarded as follows:
• Submit a qualifying census (100+ eligible employees): 1 point
• Qualifying census progresses to a quote request: 3 points
• Quote request results in a signed SureCo client: 5 points

Each milestone may only be credited once for the same opportunity.

Qualifying Census

A qualifying census must:
• Represent an employer with 100 or more eligible employees
• Be submitted during the Promotion Period
• Meet SureCo's qualification requirements
• Be verified by SureCo before points are awarded

SureCo reserves the right to determine whether any submission qualifies for participation.

Bonus Rewards

Additional bonus rewards may be available for qualifying opportunities involving employers with:
• 500 or more eligible employees
• 1,000 or more eligible employees

Eligibility, prize value, and qualification requirements for bonus rewards are determined solely by SureCo.

Prizes

Grand Prize
• $2,500 Travel Credit

Second Prize
• Choice of:
- $1,200 Golf Prize Package
- $1,200 Spa / Wellness Gift Card

Third Prize
• $500 Gift Card (winner's choice)

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where required by law. SureCo reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection

Participants who earn the required qualifying point threshold established by SureCo will be eligible for prize consideration.

Winners will be verified by SureCo and notified on or around October 2, 2026. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or is determined to be ineligible, SureCo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Verification

SureCo may request additional documentation to verify census submissions, quote activity, closed business, and broker eligibility. Failure to provide requested information may result in disqualification.

General Conditions

By participating, each participant agrees to comply with these Official Terms & Conditions.

SureCo reserves the right to verify all submissions, correct clerical or administrative errors, disqualify fraudulent, duplicate, incomplete, or misleading submissions, and modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the integrity or administration of the Promotion.

All decisions made by SureCo regarding eligibility, qualification, points, and prize awards are final.

Privacy

Information submitted in connection with this Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion and in accordance with SureCo's applicable privacy practices.

Items for Legal Review

• Confirm the minimum point threshold (currently noted as 10 points).
