To adjust to the current market, our member services team recently introduced texting. Members can now have access to our team at their fingertips. With this improvement to our system, our employees can answer questions regarding accounts, services, and more! Additionally, our customer service team has begun making provider welcome calls. These introductions allow us to explain how we work and how to best interact with us.
