Key Responsibilities
• Track, resolve, and communicate the status of end-user tickets using Jira Service Management.

Summary
As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily processing of accounts payable for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily invoice processing, obtain cost center approvals, and prepare accounts payable payment schedules for multiple entities
• Ensure that all expenses are coded to the appropriate GL account, Cost Center, Entity, and Project
• Assist the team with ad hoc expense reviews to ensure that any major cost variances are investigated and have been approved according to Company policy
• Obtain W-9s for vendors and ensure that vendors are set up appropriately for 1099s in the system
• Ensure that all employee expense reimbursement requests have been submitted according to Company policy and have gone through the appropriate approval process prior to payment
• Maintain effective communication and coordinate daily activity requirements with multiple cost center leaders
• Ensure timely completion of accounts payable requirements to help with month end close requirements
• Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvement and cost containment
• Handle intercompany invoice allocations for multiple entities that are consistent with the Company’s allocation standards

Summary
As our Treasury Analyst III, you will help manage the cash management and treasury function for the organization. This will be a key position with growth potential as the Company continues to add additional services that will require enhanced treasury management
Key Responsibilities
• Manage security protocols with our financial partners to mitigate fraud risk and ensure that our cash is adequately safeguarded
• Review banking and treasury set up to optimize cash management and utilization
• Prepare weekly bank balance reporting to upper management
• Prepare 13 week cash forecasts to ensure that the Company has enough liquidity to meet its planned initiatives

Summary
The Concierge Team serves providers to facilitate the delivery of healthcare acting as an ambassador on behalf of the member. In a contact center work-environment, the Concierge Team deploys empathy, problem-solving skills, and perseverance to exceed the expectations of its members and providers. The Concierge Team will respond to all member and provider inquiries delivering top caliber service through multiple communication channels. With the assistance of data and technology, we guide providers through scheduling, benefits, medical bills, Pre Auth status, and care services to ensure a high value experience.
